Letting Charges
We have a large hall available for hire for special events and for use by affiliated clubs. The hall is suitable for hosting functions such as wedding parties and staging theatrical events. It can also be used by groups requiring a sports hall.
We also have a smaller hall situated in Fryerning which is ideal for smaller functions and group events.
There is a conference/meeting room for hire which is suitable for functions such as business presentations etc.

MEMBERS (TWO YEARS) AND AFFILIATED GROUPS

Notes:
1. Prices include access to the Lounge bar during the period of your hire for you and your guests. if there are sufficient numbers in your group the hall bar will be provided at no extra charge.
2. Arrangements for use of the stage and the stage lighting must be made with the Secretary at the time of booking, fees to be negotiated subject to individual requirements.
3. Full adult members with two consecutive years' membership qualify for the charges listed above.

3. lf you require the hall for preparation, a charge of £15 per hour will be made (excluding Sunday and subject to availability). Subject to a maximum of two hours.
4. lf you intend using these facilities on a regular basis then you may consider joining as a member or as an affiliated group. Benefits include lower prices and subject to status and levels of use, credit facilities.
