IMPORTANT NOTICE

Following Government Advice Re: Coronavirus

Closure of Ingatestone & Fryerning Community Centre

The safety, health and wellbeing of our members, staff, visitors and our wider community during these unprecedented times is our primary concern.

As a result, and very sadly, we have taken the decision to suspend all public activities at Ingatestone & Fryerning Community Centre until further notice.  The bar, snooker room and Fryerning Parish Room will also be closed.

Also cancelled or postponed are:

  • Take This Tribute night, Saturday 21 March

  • Mothers’ Day lunch bookings, Sunday 22 March

  • Ingatestone Cinema Club, Friday 27 March

  • Tennis Club Quiz, Saturday 28 March

  • Theatre shows due to be presented by Ingatestone Musical & Operetta Group in May and Young Expressions in June

Key points:

  • The main buildings will be closed from Friday 20 March.

  • Staff will be working in the IFCA office for a limited time, 10-1pm, Monday to Thursday and thereafter, from office or home, as needed.

  • If you have contracted Coronavirus and have been at the Community Centre or Fryerning Parish Room since the beginning of March, we would be grateful if you would advise us accordingly. If possible we will assist in alerting others you have been in contact with.

We will continue to follow Government guidelines on the necessary steps to take to avoid the spread of COVID-19.  Please keep an eye on our website where further information will be provided  www.ifcc.org.uk. or contact us on 01277 352064 or by email welcomeifcc@live.co.uk

We want everyone to stay safe and well during these difficult times and we look forward to welcoming you back once this dreadful virus is beaten.
