Become a member

We welcome new members. Membership of the Community Association runs annually from January to December and gives you access to reduced prices for our events and the Bar.

Your membership will directly help your local community by providing them with the benefit of the centre with all its facilities. Join today!

Download a membership form by clicking on the blue button above and return completed to us by email at welcome@ifcc.org.uk, or return it directly to the Community Centre office/bar/letterbox. Alternatively you can collect a form from the Community Centre office or bar.

Prior to completing an application form, prospective members should familiarise themselves with The IFCA CIO Membership Rules.

Membership Fees 2024

The membership fees for the year commencing 1 Jan 2024 are set out below. See below for how to pay for membership.

(1) Male or Female aged 65 years or over, or a student over 18 in full-time education.

(2) Includes 2 adults living at the same address.

(3) Rate includes optional £5 donation towards the cost of essential building repairs and maintenance. Renewing members can opt out of this donation and reduce the renewal fee by £5 per member.

Please remember to put your membership number in the box as then we will know that you are an existing member.

Membership forms have been e-mailed to those members who have provided us with an e-mail address. If you would like to collect a blank form please call into the office between 10am and 1pm Monday to Thursday. Forms can also be collected from the bar Mon and Tues after 3pm and Weds to Sunday 12noon to 11pm. You can also download a form from the top of this page by clicking on the blue download button above.

If paying on-line below, please enter your membership number from your membership card in the space provided and also please inform us by email if any of your details have changed at welcome@ifcc.org.uk or come into the office and complete a form.

Declaration: By renewing my membership I confirm I will adhere to the constitution of the Community Association, and IFCA CIO membership rules. I understand that a false declaration will invalidate my membership

We have several payment options available:

Existing members can pay by bank transfer using the details on their renewal form

If I have ticked the box headed ‘Add Gift Aid’, I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the current tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for the current tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I have given.
